Terms of Use

You represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (b) are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where prediction markets, event contracts, derivatives, or the trading of USDC/USDT is prohibited, restricted, or requires a licence we do not hold; (c) are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority; and (d) will not access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

The Platform provides prediction markets on real-world events. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Prediction markets, digital assets, and blockchain networks are highly speculative and volatile. You may lose the full amount of any USDC, USDT, or other value you deposit, bid, or commit. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any market and for your own trading decisions.

YOU ARE THE SOLE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WALLET ADDRESS, DESTINATION ADDRESS, MEMO, CHAIN SELECTION, TOKEN SELECTION, AMOUNT, OR OTHER INFORMATION YOU ENTER OR APPROVE ON THE PLATFORM.

Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a deposit or withdrawal is broadcast, it cannot be recalled, reversed, cancelled, or amended by Trueindex, by any validator, or by any court order.
• If you enter an incorrect, mistyped, outdated, deactivated, exchange-only, contract, non-EVM, or otherwise wrong wallet or destination address, or select the wrong chain or token, any resulting loss of funds is entirely your responsibility. Trueindex has no obligation and no ability to recover such funds.
• If you provide the wrong tax identifier, email, phone number, name, or other personal information, any resulting delay, tax reporting error, missed communication, or account restriction is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for confirming that the destination address supports the specific token and chain you are sending (e.g., Polygon USDC vs. Ethereum USDC).
• You are responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrases, hardware wallets, browser extensions, and devices. Trueindex will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
• Trueindex is not liable for losses caused by phishing, malware, SIM swaps, social engineering, compromised browsers, malicious extensions, malicious dApps, or attacks on third-party wallets or networks.

You expressly waive any claim against Trueindex for the loss of funds resulting from information you entered, approved, or transmitted, whether accurate or not.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any breach of these Terms.

Deposits are credited after the required number of on-chain confirmations. Balances reflect internal ledger entries and are not, on their own, a claim on any specific on-chain token. Withdrawals are processed to the address you specify, subject to minimum amounts, network conditions, gas prices, and compliance review. Trueindex may temporarily suspend deposits or withdrawals for maintenance, security incidents, network congestion, sanctions review, or by order of a competent authority.

Prices on prediction markets are determined by supply and demand and may include a platform spread disclosed at the time of trade. Trades are final once executed. Markets settle to their published resolution criteria based on public sources of record. You accept the resolution outcome except in cases of manifest error described in the Market Integrity Policy.

You will not: (a) use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or sanctions evasion; (b) engage in wash trading, spoofing, layering, front-running, insider trading based on non-public information, or any form of market manipulation; (c) operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits or evade suspensions; (d) probe, scrape, or attack the Platform, its APIs, or its infrastructure; (e) reverse engineer or bypass technical protections; or (f) use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

The Platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and market metadata, is owned by Trueindex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The Platform integrates with blockchain networks, RPC providers, wallets, and stablecoin issuers we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, security, fees, forks, chain reorganisations, freezes, blacklists, or changes to their smart contracts. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEINDEX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL TRUEINDEX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES YOU PAID TO TRUEINDEX IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trueindex and its affiliates from and against any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Trueindex's registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform and take effect on the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Trueindex regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
